Very nice service & workers are nice ATM allways working

Only ATM in city where cash always available.

Always ATM is out off money.

The staff doesn't speak properly, uses the wrong words / staff misbehaviour 😡

Parking problem

I am unhappy with HDFC Fatehpur Civil Line Branch & Bank Also.

When I met your Branch Sales Manager (Mr. Wamik Raza -Branch Sales Manager)He gave me wrong card which his contact no was updated wrong while he was already know that his contact no is wrong in his visiting card, Due to which my 15 days’ time was wasted. After that I physically visited again and he assured me that He will get to open my current account as soon as possible, After discussion I have sent all required document to him which you want me (Company Pan No, Tan No, MOA,AOA,GST certificate, Pan & Adhar of Directors) but your manager not took serious of my work & when I am calling to him then he asked me that who are you, after introduced my self to him he said that my team is not free today,Total my 25 day has been wast for only current account & no any one visited in my Home for doc's signoff.

Can you elaborate ? Why am I getting wrong commitment every time from your branch?
