Good services many branches.

Worst customer service. They don't respond to email or call requests. I have to follow-up multiple times even for the smallest thing. In this day and age when other banks are bringing everything online, BOI has taken the opposite direction. They require you to go to their branch and submit every request in writing. Adding to the misery of customers, the branches are not interconnected. Only home branch can take requests.

Very unprofessional. Even senior looking staff is enjoying tea with some clients and not paying any heed to others work during peek working hours. Very unethical

Absolutely bad behavior, if you want to do any work by the employees here, then they ask to come tomorrow and their tomorrow does not come, very bad service.👎👎👎

Very bad service. One should not have account in this branch. Overt BOI is bad bank they are very careless to provide service to the customers 👎
