AS A LOCAL GUIDE I WOULD LIKE TO SAY MY OPINION, FIRSTLY I'M NOT HATTER OF ICICI BANK LTD. BUT THE EMPLOYEES ARE BEHAVE LIKE LOCAL PEOPLE, THEY TALK EACHOTHERS UNNECESSARILY, THEY TOO MUCH LAUGH AND WASTE OUR TIME. (I like to say it again, I'm just giving my review because I'm customer of this bank and I like to this bank provide us good service.) Thanks.

Have lines and major times closed with no cash and always have prob with machines installed inside

Very beatifull bank and good staf

Staff good but Bank policy not fever in median and poor public.
Every Thing is Chargeable in Branch.

This bank is open for Richest person.
Every Digital Transaction is good and lowest.

Bad bank check not clear return other reason

I've been more than 10 years old customer of icici bank. Lately, my branch changed & transferred to this branch. Today I visited this branch for a passbook. But they didn't listen to a word and denied straight forward for the passbook (mentioning Covid-19). It was too urgent coz I had to take my invested money back from a company and they were asking for passbooks front page only. But these people just dont care about anyone's exceptional case. Too much disappointed with the staff behavior..
