They people just showing they are over smart but they don't have. And they are not deserving any kind of rating. I was there mean in their bank sector 18 regarding opening new current account. First they people collect all kind of needful documents . We hace provided then all documents those they needed. After all without any verification done they are saying we will not open your account we need 1lakh rupees otherwise we can't do anything. Even before accepting any documents they told us account will be open with 25k . How they treating to the customers. They have wasted our 4-5 days . This wrost experience done by thier executive her name is Mrs. Deepti(Deepmala).so i am totally disappointed this type of behavior and their services. I will close my saving account of kotak soon. They people thinking we are mad. We can't understand anything. So whould like request to all please ignore kotak Mahindra bank . There have so bank good bank options.

Worst bank and worst services. Mr Dheeraj should immediately be suspended from his services. He is just there to do a mockery of a job. Good for nothing. Please give the information about the branch manager. I don't think he ever knows about the issues people face.

Staff screams at each other while talking. Staff don’t care if customer are seated or not.Very unprofessional staff in terms of behaving with each other. Being a customer you will know all the gossip from staff becoz they scream instead of talking.

They run after you for opening bank account without visiting branch but when you want to close the account, you have to visit the branch. what the hell man.. Customer care is worst and response is like they are loan recovery agent.

The bank is situated in sector 18 Noida in BLOCK 'K' .The staff are very polite and cooperating.They have a good number of employees so it is not much time consuming for anyone for banking and I am very happy with the service of the bank and employees of this branch.

One of the worst banking services. These are just a bunch of unprofessional people having no sense of work ethics. No customer first policy. The lady who is responsible for depositing cash has zero knowledge of her work. She makes a simple deposit, an hour long work. I don’t understand how they can hire someone like her.

I got my account opened in this branch in march and since then I have been troubling to get my NetBanking activation , they are highly unprofessional and have no ethic to deal with there customers. Very pathetic experience.
