M sharing my experience of today dated 20th Nov 2021 ,Sat. Lady on the 2 number counter is shuch a ruthless lady,I have ever come across.After asking twice about my reactivation of my bank account she said,"I have entertained you enough".When I opposed her she started playing lady victim card saying, "Don't try to talk to a lady like this" Manager has been really helpful after all this and he managed to help me with everything he could.He admitted too that she had have this behaviour to other customers as well in past.
