I am suppose to give, half star. However here there is no option for that so gives 1 .
Staff are reluctant to work. You can see the best example of Government office, in this branch of SBI office.
For my single work, i have to wait for 5 day's, i was keep following with them, by physically visiting that SBI bank. for more than 4 days.
Still no luck. My work is still pending. Sometime they say, it's connectivity issue. Sometime operational skill issue.
It's really pathetic work.

Every time you enter SBI there are chances that server will be down , some staff will be at holiday or some other reason.
Staff behaves like any other govt office.
Least cooperative.
Slow functioning.
Biasness. If you know someone there your work will be easily done.

ATM corner is good, but generally one of the two is not functional. And be ready to get the higher denomination notes only, most of the times.

Edit : nov 2019 - New manager is good. Hence , the staff is doing well!

Old review-Very bad manager and staff.
Always overcrowded.no one listens to your complaints.neither they are solved.
Shivkumar, staff P.Officer chews paan and is damn rude and careless. He even abused and asked me to submit challan in another branch as challans are not submitted here.
Though he accepted his mistake after 2 hours when manager came -_-

Staff Cordial and try to Manage besides shortage of staff.
Branch Managers helpful (Shreyas Sinha)and others too.

Haphazard way of working. Completely unorganized. Lack of staff. No regards for customer.

Pathetic service, very slow staff. Not very customer friendly.
