Their services are so so slow. Manager is very rude. If powers lies on me I would have thrown me out years ago. Printing machine never works hardly twice a week is enough for that bloody machine. Cheque deposit machine works but there is no one to assist illiterate people to deposit their cheques. I myself have helped many people there. No proper customer service.It feels like they have 1 million customers and just 10 working staff. Manager is literally a man of no manners HE just slams worried customers. He don't even bother of any complaints. He just calls the peon and enjoys his tea. I would highly recommend do not go for this Bank for your savings. Though there are few employees who help genuinely I just know 2 of them. One is a lady name Sonia and other is a Uncle who help people for their bounced cheques issues and rest are all no use people. No value for customers. I have faced all these thats the reason I can tell you everything in brief. Good Luck.

I saw most of the reviews from existing Customers are not satisfied and negative feedback for the (SBI) Employees of the Edi Bazaar Branch, why ???

Wrost service very slow work. Counter 1 Sneha behavior is not good. Very rudely she's speak and always she's on phone call very slow staff.

Worst service worst sbi employee mr suresh he is not doing his work and just using his mobile when I ask him to take my check then he says busy and roaming

I asked for a pen at the service desk and then the branch manager for filling the form.
Answer from manager: educated people had to bring pen, and people who are uneducated not to come to branch.

I guess SBI loan department has to approve loan to buy some pens for the service desk.

Since one week I am calling SBI Edibazaar landline number they are not lifting the phone.I also sent a mail they are not even responding back.Unproffessional staff.

EMI deducted twice , but no response even after calling concerned official Madhavi since 4 days. BSNL Phone numbers given by the branch are not working. It seems responses of the bank officers is bad.

Worst bank ever and ever. Went for Gold loan , the bank staff did more than 3 hrs to get the loan credit in my account. Worst experience. The bank staff only the human beings that they can go for lunch but the customers has to wait for hours to hours without food.
