State Bank of India, Khammam Road Branch

Bank employees are not polite, they are not giving respect to senior citizens who visit branch to get their pension, they are standing in a que for hours yo get their pension, and the cashier and teller is very slow at their work and they dont have manners.

Been here about an 24 hrs. On the same chair waiting and waiting and waiting. Where is my help???? 3 bankers on Friday with a branch manger that can't do a damn thing to help.

It is good bank with all the banking services. Minimum rush is there. Staff response is good with customers.

Worst manager inside the bank. Useless. Have no sense of information. Just sitting on chair.
