One of the worst bank. Wastes lot of time and energy. Employees are not skilled. They push your application to 2-3 counters and it never finishes on time.For working employees, you need to take leave of 2-3 days to get things done.

Bank manager- Train your employees on how to be disciplined & serve your customers well

This is the most incompetant SBI branch that I've ever visited. They are always under staffed and would take forever to just deposit cash. Better use online banking than visit branch.

Worst banking ever, no info at all to help customers .. just to update kyc and unblock account have to stand in queue at 3 different windows each window will do one job at a time .. took 3 hours .

I have come here to withdraw money at 10 Am. There is no staff here at 10 Am . They slowly started to show up and never answered the requests. Very rude staff members and branch manager. SBI is a government body and staff here are responsible to attend elderly people and process their requests . I have not seen atleast 1 staff member being empathetic towards customers .

Very disappointef to come to home country bank after 5 years and get treated like this .
I believe this is why students and youngsters migrate to western countries.

worst branch i ever visited. no one can give proper response and irresponsible. service was too worst. i have been facing the issue since long time still they are same.

Worst management ever. Few days back I took cash through withdrawal form, it was good and last week when I went they asking to take temporary card of worth 20rs- I argued with them and took money with my withdrawal form.
It took 45-50 minutes to get my money through cash counter. They are too irresponsible.

Last week I went to get cash through my sisters check- they gave money immediately and it was good. Today again I went to withdrawal but they said that check is not authorized and they said to wait for manager- after 30 minutes I went and manager checked it and gave cash immediately. And I don’t know about lunch timings. Not sure how long they are taking a break. Only manager is good remaining staff are worst.
There will be so many fans in bank. But none will be switched on for customers.

The worst branch I ever visited is very rude staff behavior, doesn't bother about the customers, and thinks that it's their own company and customers like slaves. I hope SBI main head operation shall take action on this branch staff.

No response at all.., worst behaviour for small work they will take two to three days and they make us to roam around their counters here and there for whole day
