Dead Slow processing. We need to visit each and every counter for small works. For availing check book facility enable, I have to present 4 times in different counters to get this done. I have also observed, SBI life insurance is not part of bank, still there is a special counter and mandating customers for insurance. Forcible policy selling, how they are allowing in bank for this.
It's like a Old fashioned file processing kind of work in digital generation. Worst service better to have a private bank account.
