one of the best bank its take so much less time to withdrawal and deposit money and other transactions.

We had very bad experience with this branch(Narayanguda Branch) people.
People sitting in front office are so rude, they don't have minimum patience to give proper answer at least.
They are taking 6-8 days for clearance of a check.
Its almost 10 days though the check was bounced we still dint receive it.
Specially front office staff in Narayanguda Branch so rude they are not even respecting the age and giving answer.
Very worst and rude response from staff.
Worst staff among all the branches.

Very bad staff, because of their rude behavior I decided to close my account in this branch. For that also they said they need branch manager signature. Whenever i go either she will be busy or not available in bank. Best example of government office...

Very indecent and irresponsible staff...
Branch Manager is never available trying to meet her since 8 months.
I had issue with my mom's fixed and my savings account.
Huge amount was wrongly debited to unknow person's account and arround 9k was withdrawn from my account without my usage.
Complaint made rice cyber crime (gachibowli). And they have no answer to the situation.
Provided documents for name/address change and new debit card and the staff has lost the papers!!!
How can that be happening only in India!!
Our countries politics government and our system sucks!!
Nothing is systematic and no rules are just ment to be broken.

SBI is known for it's best services in India. But the Narayanaguda branch at Hyderabad is the worst. The staff is reluctant, unpunctual, arrogant, lazy and irresponsible especially the Branch Manager. The worst staff I ever seen with in any SBI branch not at all customer friendly. They have no brain and intention to think of customer welfare. I suggest if you are an educated person, please do not have any kind of dealings with this branch. Only this bank, and this branch in particular fits to illiterate people who can nod their heads to baseless rules and practices set by this bank staff on their own.

SBI is known for it's worst services. The staff is reluctant, unpunctual, arrogant, lazy and irresponsible. The worst staff I ever met with in any SBI branch. Earlier 2years back, 2-3 staff members use to be responsible but since last 2 years staff changed and they are not at all customer friendly. They have no brain and intention to think of customer welfare. I suggest if you are an educated person, please do not have any kind of dealings with this branch.
