ICICI Bank JPN Road, Warangal-Branch & ATM

Poor service, cash deposit for nonlocal accounts can only be done through the machine which is situated in the ATM cabin and very poorly managed. It would easily take minutes or hours just for depositing cash in the day time.

Excellent service by Devender Sir and Jayraj Sir and staff....

Mrs. Tulais working at this branch is doing fantabulous job .! Recently she took an initiative in assisting me clearing my Cheque I truly appreciate her deliberate profound efforts in getting the job done ! Management shd consider her sincere work and give her d credit she deserves ! Although there r other staff who ain’t upto d mark which made me to give 1 star less !

Account kyc related bad service and staff

Very worst service, I never seen in any bank. Lady Cashier behaves rude not taking deposits... Simply upfront on face told to deposit in machine only. Is ICICI changed their rules to deposit money in machines only. Why cashier's then ? Why you are paying salary to them, I don't understand I am a previleged customer facing issues normal customers... can't imagine. Please take necessary action on it.

This bank employee commits a lot of fraud, I go to this bank for KYC. This bank employee is giving me an information after completion of KYC. Demat account. Opening this account is free for online trading. You open a demat account. Then this employee is opening my demat account and after a few hours the amount of Rs 1,178 is deducted from my bank, this is too much, because I go today and close my account from ICICI bank.😠😠😠
