Worst ATM service and employees preferred current account holders

not even good for 1 star pathetic staff service no proper knowledge if we go there the only answer they give is call customer care better not to waste time to visit and a suggestion to icici bank to better close this branch because customer is not receiving anything only ur receiving salary burden and 24hr ac bills

One of the worse bank service I have ever seen
The bank employee has no idea how to issue a DD and they talk about the company service as at the best in khammam this is what I got a reply from one of the employee who is working on.

Lazy staff. Worst service. Because of your negligence, I lost 80k. Your response is ridiculous. This bank isn’t good for savings, it’s good for losing money.
