Heavy crowded bank..You have wait at least half an hour to get a transaction whether it is deposit or withdrawal..Token system is simply good...No vouchers are given for withdrawal without green card

Worst service, first time I heared deposit forms are not ther and we have to apply for some green card fir the transaction by paying 20 rupees. Is it new style to loot public. SBI has to answer this why deposit forms are not ther in the branch and why they are taking money on this name. For banks mistake also they are charging customers only.
