One of the worst services I have ever seen. Please don't go here for any Forex related services specifically, Although the bank is known for it's quality, the employees their ruin your personal time and happiness. I had an issue and still having it since a month but the concerned employee doesn't even care about it. Wanted to escalate the issue to the Manager but unable to get the details.
