Very very bad experience, bank employees don't know how to treat with people and I think they don't have minimum values or behaviour, that how to treat with humans or particular customers. Seriously, who ever may be rich or poor customers, bank employees should resolve their queries but they are not at all ready to listen their issues or want to clear their problems. They are in different mood, moreover if we ask some details they will misguide us and they are very rude behaviour very negative aspects are their, very disappointing . I ll not keep any transactions in farther. I want to give less than 1 star but there is no negative mark. I strongly disagree with this bank and friends please don't waste ur money nor energy. Thank you.

Better services compared to many other SBI branches. The branch manager is quite welcoming and always happy to assist any customer in any work if the dedicated staff are busy in the peak times. But beware of the SBI servers, not all services works all the time.

Since there is no 0 start I had to give 1. These people are useless. I visited for locker and they are demanding Insurance policy of 1L pa premium as mandatory which is illegal

22 -6-2021 When I went to Bank always they’re saying silly reasons

Worst experience ever I faced.they don't know how to behave with customers.i visited this branch for cash withdrawal.i have been waited for an hour.he was so irresponsible and he has very less patience. he doesn't know how to talk with customers.i was very disappointed.

Irresponsible people are working in that branch. Not at all giving respect to customers. Especially the person who is taking details for loans. Sitting at the corner in the branch. And not even taking to customers and asking them to leave the branch
