ICICI Bank Hanmakonda, Warangal-Branch & ATM

Good service bank ,but they are not increasing my credit card limit 🤦‍♂️

Rules are very strict here they are performing each every rule of corona
Maintaining social distancing sanitizing ..etc.

Personal loan EMIs are being debited from my account pre EMI date....and the response from staff is nill. In Moratorium period they tortured the customers by calling to pay the EMIs

ICICI Bank is located at Green Square Plaza Opposite to Public Gardens in Hanamkonda. You can access it very easily it is on the main road. This bank is one of the popular private banks like HDFC. Service is average here in the bank. No customer support. Maintainance should be improved. ICICI has good name in the banking sector, but here they are not justify to that name. Overall customer service should be improved.

This place looks like village chitfund office.

29th December my father visited Hanamkonda branch to enquire about house load provision certificate. But no one responded and spared their time. He has upset and came back home without proper solution. pls recruit more people or train your team to respond properly.
