Services to the dailed number are temporarily withdrawn - If so why dont you keep the contact number updated. Even the Indian bank customer care number doesnot work. Is there any working number to contact the bank!

Worst experience

One stop destination for all your Indian banking needs, I visited the bank around 5:30 PM which falls outside of their working hours and only two persons were there doing their daily closures. They didn’t hesitate to attend to me and took additional care helping me in filling the form, hats off to those two madams. A great example for hard work, commitment and dedication, that is possible only through passion.

We had to go to the bank four times to collect passbook and debit card transferred from another branch. They won't acknowledge a grievance letter even! Considering requests made by two senior citizens, I would say they acted below the single start rating!

My two relatives worked with the erstwhile Allahabad Bank, one of them being a all India president of employees union as well as the author of Fauna of West Bengal. If I am treated in this fashion, don't know what happens to others.
