Bank is located on the main road on your left when you go from Chandanagar to Miyapur allwyn. It's quite spacious and like a decent size branch. I usually don't have to wait much for my query or service required

All employees are cooperative but sad thing is not lifting land line when we call them

Good branch, banking staff are helpful but front office helpdesk people are not really helpful, surprised to see they act as if they are the Branch managers 🙄

They do not have a xerox machine, or may be they do not entertain customers to use xerox machine, so please carry enough xerox copies of your original documents else you have to run around searching for a xerox shop.
