Bank of India (BOI)

I have using bank account from fours till now I am not able to use net banking from this due to this branch worst and worst service they didn't even listen to the customers properly in the sense their response is very slow compared to other branches and I have this bad opinion on this branch because I had faced many problems regarding net banking first they should change the way of approaching the customers problems

Worst bani experience I have ever had. There is no minimum respect towards the customer. Very rude behavior of the computer operator and the manager behaves like a money collector. He only needs money I dont think he needs customer. In my entire life am not going to open a account with this bank. I think customers are god for any business. They need to understand this first.
They treat customers like their workers. I do not know when the bank systems will change.

Am very much unhappy with the treatment of the employees in this bank.

Very very worst branch, total staff are very bad, they don't how to treat customers, i had a bad experience in this branch.

Very worst branch in telangana, in this branch total staff are careless, they don't know how interact with customers, customers receiving and answering totally very bad.
