ICICI Bank Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad-Branch & ATM

The worst banking experience I can say. I was called once a day from the time I registered my firm. Finally, I happened to go to this branch at jubilee hills and I was told that I would be issued cheques from 4 Business days of submitting the form and issuing a cheque for minimum deposit. I was also promised (before signing the form for opening account) that in case there would be any delay in getting my cheques an 'incidental' cheque will be given as soon as I sign the form. After signing the form, there was a U-turn saying cheque will be there with me in 4 working days and incidental cheques are not available. To my surprise it is 5th working day and there is no trace of cheque book. Instead, I got a mail having my Corporate Internet Banking UserId's and Passwords.To activate it I sent acknowledgement of scanned copy of letter having Userid and password(sent by bank). I signed, stamped it,scanned and then mailed. But I got a reply saying it is the wrong document and a big mail asking to send in described format. Why was this format not mentioned in mail or by Bank staff?? No where in the mail/letter it was mentioned that I have to send an acknowledgement on company letterhead with Userid's and account numbers. Even the bank staff did not say anything about a request letter on letterhead of company. Moreover it would take 2 business days for the activation. Now if all these delays had to happen and I getting replies that frustrate me i would have gone for State Bank current account. Minimum balance would be half there and branches are more than double including rural areas. If you really want to save time and money please please avoid ICICI. They only waste your time and it is you who lose business. I lost business because i couldn't pay my dealer through cheque(as i did not recieve) or through online and I lost business.

Hi this is Gangadhar. I applied for a coral debit card through a employee at the Branch called Naresh ( One big stupid and he doesn't know how to do his job and guiding the wrong information to the people.) When i went to the bank to collect the debit card which i applied. And when i received it in the the bank it was different debit card which i didn't applied. And than i told him that i received a wrong card. Than this person told sorry sir its my mistake i applied a wrong card we will rectify it. Than i waited for for two days and again i asked the person that procedure for the card has began? but it isn't and than i went to the branch asked for him he is hiding at that particular hours and i asked hi senior employee. what happens to the debit card ? He said he will take care of it. But this person Bhaskar he also didn't do any thing..its been a month and half.... there is no answer...from their said... please dont Trust this Branch....................

No one will respond to your calls. To clear one issue which created by their own people. I went 3 times by taking leave & they could not solve it. I recommend to close Branch, instead of kill the brand of bank.

We have current account in ICICI CHARMINAR BRANCH.
today I visited in icici bank kavuri hills branch for D.D but the branch staff said DD FORMS and DD vouchers not available in branch.
And suggest please visit nearby branch.
I visited nearby branch at jubilee hills road no 10 branch the branch relationships manager said today our branch manager on leave. We are not issue the DD'S Please visit nearby branch...
And I visited nearby branch at road no.36 jubilee hills branch there are also DD Issuing person on leave and suggest to please visit nearby branch at road no.45 .

For Issuing one DD I have to visit lot of branches.
And more than 2 hours harassment a got A DD.

I SUGGEST TO WHO ARE INTERESTED TO OPEN ACCOUNT IN ICICI PLEASE IGNORE/AWARE......

worst service. I have an account. i have updated my icici bank account details with my PF account. EPFO is expecting to verify the bank account number. i went to this bank several times. no one knows anything. worst branch.

Worst customer service. No one at this bank is friendly or responsive to customer queries. Ignorant answer and clueless team including managers . Someone please look into this . It’s not the first time . I have been visiting this bank for sometime now . Nothing seems to change .
