Lady manager no control on their stafff. Due to emergency cheques deposited morning 10.0am and even after regular follow-ups for processing the same, till 6.0pm they are passing the time n nor processed. Now-a days in digital world is 6-8 hrs time will take to complete the transaction? Pathetic. Soon Will escalate the matter in appropriate way

No proper response from Andhra bank(kosni chintaguda branch)..
They mentioned the Andhra bank phone number on passbook and in online site. which never we can reach on that number.. always shows not in coverage area.

Only good thing in kosni chintaguda branch manager is very good and he respond properly...the other staff people need to learn from Manger how to behave with public.

The peon is worst he don't know how to behave with public,he scolding old people
