Worst bank experience ever and worst manager (Manager always bussy in his family coversation in mobile and he treats like servant ,better the manager should sit in his house instead of coming in office or change the manger).... Worst bank manager he don't know how to speak with peoples ..

Not only this bank , I noticed that almost all SBI are not customer friendly. And one more problem in this branch is server down at all time. I have been waiting for jewel loan for 3 hours, still no one come to loan counter. Worst bank and i don't want to give even a single star.

Very bad customer service, taking so long time for token system. Only 2 window staff serving for customers.so many times they saying Computer not working.

Worst experience before not faced in another banks. You guess just entertaining a customer simply said bank server down. I have Asking you people's to one clear cut question. If bank server are down in two days how you people's are allow the deposit and withdrawal??and other financial activities. Are you joking with customers valuable time?? Simply e-kyc a/c your not able to done on last two days. Guys please remember your all are just employee in sbi not a employers and working with customers funds only please keepon mind. Give a responsible service to customers follow with TAT. I escalate this problem in this space need clearly solution ASAP.

Bank cheif manager way of speaking and behaviour is not good. And not give a solution to my problem, he simply said that "I don't know the problem why it was happen?"

I've never preferred to create a new SBI account. Due to a shortage of staff and a high number of customers, the process is too long and delayed.

Very speedy bank and kind manager and responsible staff. Very Excellent service done by this branch. Future if you want to open a new bank account kindly go ahead with this branch.
