This is not Indian Bank and distance to home minimum of 10000 Rupees balance in your personal account we miss to keep at least 10000 rupees in our account the next time they will charge more than 2000 rupees I have to do speak account only for this reason Mr service is good they have automatic deposit machine inside and also outside the building of the bank

It had a great customer service years back,
Now the staffs are lacking in basic banking knowledge and they try to avoid answering you all time.
Before doing any upgrade in banking system please take some special classes for your staffs.

Very worst, They don't care about common people. They only care who have 2 lakhs as deposit. Very worst Bank.

Worst experience.. went here for providing KYC documents for Fastag. None of the executives helped. They said that they are unaware of the process and asked me to check online. Everyone here are blank.

Banking experiences are good but aadhar enrollment section is operating very slow and needs improvement. Bank has to provide USB mouse and keyboard to the agent desk who is sitting in aadhar enrollment desk as she is not comfortable with the laptop and the process is dead slow. If possible bank to provide additional monitor..

This is the Axis Bank's Main branch in Trichy. Located near Thillainagar Arch at Salai road just near Hotel Kannappa. Banking is good in Axis bank. As a customer we are satisfied with its services. There are some difficulty in online banking. When we go for login option we can see many promotional activities axis bank gives priority to advertising rather for customer login. And after login and when we click cards option we cannot go back to the home screen. Especially in Demand draft to pick a delivering branch we have to spell Trichy as Tiruchirapally for picking Salai road branch and Tiruchirappalli for cantonment branch. Really I feel sorry to say this.
