Worst branch staff not behaving properly i open account beffore 6 month atm card not giving. Ph call& straight away not respoding

No even deserve one star for this bank. Dated 20_07_2021. The lady who is in the position as an assistant branch manager is worst. She is not even worth for that. Don't know how to treat the customers. And she didn't even clarify the simple doubts. Me holding the two current account and one sb account really worried of having the account in this particular branch. Somebody has to take steps on this. First treat the human being the way you wanted to be treated by others. Worst worst experience.

Located at Y.Othakadai, Madurai to Melur Road. As usual bank jobs were done here, one internal CDM and ATM is present. Pass Book printing machine also present inside the ATM centre but most of the Pass Book printing is under maintenance.
