Waiting time is more than 1hr but ICICI Bank less than 30min....

Worst experience with the bank manager.
I have deposited cash using cash deposit machine. For that I got 500 fine. I called to the manager , and he asked me to come to bank directly and asked to write letter (waive off). But he never respond to the letter... complete waste of time... If everything is online it would be better. If I ask any support from manager, they won't support.

Worst ever experience. Staff guided me and Amount asked 16K for account opening, and given amount also. And they came to our house also for verification. But afterwards, they 1 and half month later still they unable to open account. Money keep asking to refund. Daily basis.

At the Same time, I went to TMB bank just besides this. They opened account within an hour. Given the passbook on next day, atm with access received in a week.

So far, I heard about axis bank is good at service, but this branch just because of few staff this is make me hurt. If anyone paid such amount and those staff keep drag to close the issue but doesn't do that, may understand the pain.

If is there any lower than 1 star, I prefer to give that. But that option is not available.
