Address changed but not removed from map. Visited the new address but ATM is not working. Visited poonga Nagar ATM, not working.

To improve for great extent

Branch shifted to avadi byepass thiruvallur. Remove this old or replace.

Hi my self sriram!!!
I have made an cash deposit on the machine of this branch!!! Due to technical issue my money was deposited but retracted ( mean not deposit to concern account) so I approached bank it was late evening 5:30 pm so the person said we are closed for now u can come 2morrow morning 10am.

I said okay and reached next to bank by 10:15 am . One mam asked what problem I explained she asked me letter signed and that slip along with that so I did she committed that money will be deposited to same account by eve!!! And I went next day because of not credited I asked mam what happened she said it will happen before noon!!! I still waited and called bank she lift call and said sir it will happen by eve!!!! Still it was not happen so that I’m giving review here. And that is because of their lethargically behaviour I have missed my commitment on time.

I deposited my money and asking them as requested to get it back. Worst behaviour from their end..... better try any other banks near by if your opening accounts!!!!
