No one bothered about the customer. Cash counter manager is not at the counter. If it's a lunch break then they have to inform at least with a notification board. Very old lady was waiting for a long time still the nearby counter staffs only looks after the customer who comes only with the token.

I hate this bank very worst service no response properly the staff's are bad
