Very friendly customer service.visiter lounge available.can be easily spotted from road even in heavy traffic.No car parking Available.no wheelchair access.

Worst experience. They have blocked my card for one day due payment. Even after paying every month with in the due time. Such a stupid people cant even understand users problems.

Worst customer service i’ve ever received… They asked to pay a sum of Rs.750/- + GST for closing my account, i paid it and it’s been more than a month, the account isn’t closed and i made N number of calls to the branch and customer care….

I contacted the Nodal complaint helpline & There’s no help from either of them and i also drafted 6 emails for which i never received any reply…. Worst bank ever, please be wise in choosing your salaried/savings bank… This bank is a total fraud…

The worst ever customer service that I have seen. The staff's seem to lack knowledge on their Process/Product. My request was to just reactivate a dormant account which is nearing a month and have already visited the branch 5 times with no luck yet. The staffs also yell among themselves in front of the customer for their wrong doings which leaves a negative impact on the branch as a whole. Needs better customer service.
Even worst is the reviews are not being monitored😊

This branch employees have zero knowledge about their own bank products and fee structure. They persuade on products that will help them achieve their own individual targets set by the bank instead of customers requirement. They also give false information on banking charges and they end up making money fraudulently. Poor customer service and long wait times, I've decided to never go to Axis Bank for any banking requirement after this experience.
