Worst bank as per my experience. The deo managers Mr. Ravivarman and Mr. Rajesh ruined the reputation. I call it as a cheating. My father mortgaged our house for a business loan under CGTMSC scheme and paid annual charges as well for the scheme. As per the scheme the bank is not supposed to have the house hold document as a guarantee. But these managers did not released the documents and extended the loan amount till 9lakh from the initial loan amount of 6lakh with out any knowledge of the property Owner. When I demanded the house hold documents the manager Mr. Ramesh added that your father cancelled the CGTMSC scheme in a written said verbally also he added to take action on the property as a public auction for not making the loan amount. Without my father's signature and knowledge how did the scheme cancelled as my father is the properitor. A person in a higher position holding manager designed threatened in a way to size the property when I approached him multiple times for the household document. So people please be vigilant before approaching this bank.
