Once Service was better, much disappointed with the tortoises.

Poor customer service.

Very Poor and Stubborn attitude to senior citizens and their care takers. Certain authorities in front desk totally not expressing appropriate behaviours. Their dressing attires is not relevant and totally odd and bizarre. Printing machine for passbook entry is not working and they are totally trying to avoid customers with sarcastic answers. They needs proper training to approach customers, especially senior citizens and less educated people.
