They don’t respond properly and as the account holder is not in country they have signed on their behalf and while using them for statement and other purposes, the people there so not accept. Worst branch to hold an account.

Very poor customer service I had to go 12 times to the branch to get my debit card

Worst branch ever. for a retired indian bank employee also they are nit responding properply

Poor customer service even in emergency situation.
