Worst service, taking more than a hour for handing over a debit card which has already reached their branch.

Staffs also not responding properly. Please look into it. Our family are regular customers to ICICI. This behaviour purely making me to shift all our accounts to some other bank.

They are not listening the customer complaint. Always trying to answer orally. No Data. No proof at all. I have faced an issue with transaction of closed account. They have only the knowledge of whatever I had. Not good service. "Not the problem solvers" and "not helpful" as per my experience with this branch.

Really disappointed with the customer handling. Staff must listen to customer words but here they are not listening to our words.
Better try some other branch.

Hi , I'm Subbulakshmi. My late husband Mr.Murugavel Palaniappan has had an account in your bank for the past 16 years. It was his salary account and he was a platinum card holder. Recently , I wanted to open account in your bank . The lady to whom we told about the account opening was very rude and blunt in her replies. Despite knowing the minimum balance and account opening procedure we enquired about it to her like any other person. She did not give a proper reply to any of our queries. She treated us as if are not eligible to open an account in your bank . She was indirectly telling us that we are unfit and not capable of having an account despite knowing the history of my husband's account. It is really shocking to see such a behaviour from your employee . We promptly opened an account in a nationalised bank. We feel that nationalised bank employees are way more well behaved than you.

We disappointed with the customer relationship from the ICICI bank, we never excepted these kind of response in ICIC bank. When ever we visited the branch during COVID-19 pandemic period also they are postponing the request and not considering medial issue of the customer too. Due to bad customer relationship we like to close the bank account in ICICI and to transfer other bank best customer relationship bank like FEDRAL.
