I don't understand why they debit 649 every month.....saying Rs 649.00 debited from your a/c Txn approved without additional factor of authentication as per RBI. Hope so you do something about this or else I will complain about your service.

Customer service phone never works. There is no number to call branch directly because all the numbers are "does not exist" good only for on the site work. No telephonic call is possible
