Horrible service and horrible staff . My account has been deactivated because they dint know that they were suppose to take fingerprints for KYC. And now it’s been more than a month and I have visited there branch several times. They have excuses for everything. Firstly they did not have a finger print scanner so they asked me to come back again . Once they got it ,they weren’t able to install it ,so they said they would come to my residential area and get it done. They haven’t come till now And now they are just not receiving the calls.

One of the worst Experiences I hv come across, I don't know how are people dealing with such horrible branch..... I just request plz avoid this branch... they only know to loot the people... non nither manager nor cashier no 1...

Its held on main road, customer services is good, they treat customers very well
