Employees are very rude and for just a account closure form they take my one hour. I will never suggest anyone for Idbi bank.

More than 15 years we are doing banking with idbi johri bazar branch. The branch start with sr. manager now it’s an DGM branch and all because of banks staff relationships with customers .each person in bank so coprative.

Best bank

One of worst bank services, neither atm work anytime, not atm has money whenever go, its showing out of services. If we call on phone no, number is wrong listed. Every year 2 times we have to submit kyc details but still not verify kyc. Axis is far better than idbi.

Very worst services this branch

This is really a worst bank services I have ever had. Personally visited the branch. Staffs were non cooperative. and interesting thing is that I have submitted form form mobile change which was not done even after 3-4 days.
