Less staff still fully service

This place is situated behind collectorate Churu and most of Churu collectorate's government employees have account here. Normally there is crowd so it would take time to do work. There is an ATM outside bank premise so it's easier to withdraw cash. Overall nature of staff here is nice and they are helping although there is always less staff than requirement.

This Bank exist all ready opposite side this location

There is not so effective service available here.The premise of this bank is too much crowed.There is lunch break from 2Pm to 3Pm so you will reach here after checking timing.Last time I visit this bank I have to wait for 2-3HOURS for only a small work(neft).So according to me this bank branch will take your more than half day.

Facilities are good.
But no proper management of resources.
No form availability at one place .
No particular person to provide guidance.

Too bad staff behaviour.
They just keep make to suffer by going over that counter then that counter.
I literally hated my recent visit their hoping I could have opened account at pnb Bank.

Service is dull, staff behaviour is not good.
