You are very slow. Cashier is very slow in work . They mishbehave with us. We are in line from since 2 hours.

No guidance provided related to our queries regarding closure of Demat account. They simply asked to go to the Madhubani branch and ask there. When we told them that Madhuban branch directed us to come here , they had no response . They were like we don't do that here and you go back to Madhubani branch. Atleast they could have called on our behalf and asked for the right procedure. Ultimately, we had to go back to Madhubani branch and there, they directed us to the right branch.
