Customer care no not updated .so we are not received any information about mutul fund

Very delicious foods and services are very good

I had open an NRO account when i was in Europe from 2012 to 2015. I had returned back to india in 2016 and even after several request my NRO account was not changed to Normal saving account. and in 2022 they have freezed my account without any intimation. I am having huge fund in this account. There is no contact number given on portal. How to approach them if you are staying in other city. I have several emis deducting from this account. evetime bank is debiting funds for ECS return charges. Please stay away from Axis bank their service is pathetic.. specially this kota branch.

Pathetic services & Untrained staff

Wanted to open NRE account. Filled the form and gave it to Mr. Shahrukh. He promised to get the account opened in 2 days. He did not even get back to me in 2 weeks. Taking my business to another bank.

Worst Service.

Very Third class service, Staff is very bad. Kota bank Staff Kratika Sharma waste my 2 hours only just update my KYC. I meet Kratika sharma then she ask to Original Pan, Adhar and Photo, when I provide then she ask photocopy of them. Her behaviour is very roud after 2 hours she ask me to meet Branch manager. Very Third class service.

Its been 22 days, but account manager Vishal Gautam hasn’t been able to open my account. Keeps giving some or the other excuse every day. I had provided all required documents and information in the first 2 days, but no idea what is taking so long.
