Long waiting time for deposit of about 30 mins generally between 10am - 2 pm

SBI has name but depends on branch how they work.
Useless customer care at court road branch. Never got response for my email and atleast 6 follw up emails.

My openion, more wait all days, every timeNot good, all staff are busy, we will have to more and more wait and spent whole day with request from all staff

Took 6 month get the account to get

all employees are selfish ,they don't want to do work. I visited there and no-one did my kyc of my bank account , they just sent me here and there counter to counter but no-one wanted to do my work.

Staff members r nice, parking problem for cars.

Their services are very slow their server always down always very late they will need to improve their services if you have any urgency you should forget they will do their job faster u will waste your time at this place and the staff members are so lazy and they speaks so rude to you and unprofessionaly service desk employee is very rude and always say no and don't provide information about anything

Unprofessional staff, even one member was sleeping when he was working on system..when we need any help or want to ask any query,, they speak unprofessionally and rudely..
I am very disappointed
