This bank is not overcrowded but being a government institution there is no proper public dealing. Bank personnels are sometimes talking rudely to it's customers but if you have a bulky amount of money in your account then you'll be treated well with cold drinks or tea 🍵 and all. That is the reason people prefer private sector banks. These public sector banks are only for receiving government pension nothing else.

Some of Faculty is not that much helpful to customers. overall Bank manager & employees are generous
