As I can say IDFC First Bank and it's services are good. But this particular Rural Branch (Keonjhar) IDFC Bank is absolute irresponsible, non-cooperative and such sweet poison behaved staffs.

I request you all my friends and city localites to open your IDFC Bank account in Bhubaneswar or any other places of your choice instead of this branch.

A task which takes <=2 days to complete, will take 5 days if you follow up continuously.
