Its a very good experience and the environment it serves the betterment of the rural India and it does well as I noticed as comparison to other high rated banks service and the staff behavior is so homely feeling . Good Costomer service .. new staffs energetic dynamic takes less time to solve any problem related to banking..

As the name looks like it's mostly for Rural Poor people in their betterment. But it's not getting the support from public as most of them are cheating it.
