Very customer-friendly service. Nice.

First things first,account opening is no big hassle; you get your passbook within no time though ATM card takes time,as with other banks. However, if I'm not mistaken, [correct me if I'm wrong,I was told by a bank employee] there is no internet banking facility which is a big hindrance especially in this age of technological advancement. I feel that this bank should introduce this facility. That being said,the bank here is not big but it's well maintained and as per my observation on my last visit,there are one or two employees that needs a crash course on customer service

A beautiful village in the district of Mon, Nagaland. People are simple, honest and helpful.

Please make a mobile app for internet banking like SBI or any other bank. Thank you.

Useless bank.. Bank staffs are so irresponsible... They don't even understand what emergency means. I have applied for emergency ATM and I was told that it will arrive in a week but its been a month and I haven't got it yet.when I asked they said they are busy. They should be busy in helping customers.What else are they doing that they are so busy that they can't even hear the problems of a customer.There is no online banking app or UPI system in this bank and it's quite useless to open an account in this bank in this era.
