Very helpful staff and professional in their work. Busy place most of the time. Easy to notice from the main highway and centrally located.

Costumer interactions is good but service is very slow maybe it's because of lack of sufficient staffs.

Decent staff behaviour. The space is quite small and feels cramped but with less people coming for transaction purpose, the size is quite okish.

The procedure is very slow when want to update things.
And the new system where you have to wait next day just for updating passbook is a huge downgrade.

Very efficient staffs and customer friendly.
