Need more staffs to serve customer and be more spacious. Bank timing need to be extended

It's cold, link failure most of the time because of cloudy

Very nice place for summer vacation.... N the beautiful people n mountains n places

its fun to jump from one counter to another and final to the same counter just for a small transaction. the employees love to play merry-go-round with the customers XD

I should say employees are doing a great Job but as an employees I think they can serve the customers better than this. As I have experience many people from pfutsero and villages around are not well educate, when they come to bank for enquires or doing transaction they find it quite hard to understand and helpless.
With a few hours or working with tight schedules it maybe hard to do at once but you can always talk nice to them and make them understand to come on the next day. Being good to others does not harm you.

Hopeless staffs, rude and unapproachable
Makes us feel like a clown in front of other public. Makes us feel nervous even to clarify our doubts and enquiry’s

Got really furious at us just for a 10 rs pen and talked to us like we were getting expelled from school

Bad service some stuff are so rude they need to be polite to serve a costumers not to be proud and should their attitude. where as I'm so shocked that pfütsero SBI Bank stuff doesn't allow to open an SBI account if we have another Bank account eg, ICICI account etc, and they also don't offer Below 20 years to open an SBI account what an nonsense. I request the authority to please check the stuff service and look into this kind of matter thank you.
