Not a very ideal bank for busy customers . This place is small and is usually crowded with very less employees- customer ratio.You are expecting to keep visiting this place to get one work done.

This sbi banker thinks they own the world,, the way the treat the customer like some kind of beggar,, we understand that it's lot of customer, but that is what u sing up for,, atleast be kind with the poor old people,, heartless employees,,

Very crowded with less employees to manage the customers. Poor maintenance. The poor old aged cannot stand in queue for hours. Need to maintain service desk for old aged. Very needed.

Indeed, SBI wokha is the worst branch. I submitted a form to update my kyc for like 3, 4 times but I dont know what they did with those forms, not even one was successful.and the funny thing is due to the reason of not updating my kyc they put my account on hold now
