State Bank of India DIPHUPAR

I hate going to this specific bank for any sort of paperwork. It is Ironical how they are for our service but they don't treat us well. Impolite speech and rudeness are what they are good at. Wanted to punch that old man right on the face for misbehaving with my mom. Really unprofessional.

Branch manager I don't know who you are .But one request please change your attitude towards the customer . Because of Your attitude one day you will get a bad harassment. I wish not to see you outside of bank it will be bad for you

Well and good. On my visit the ambiance of the work environment was fine with less tassel and got the work done quicker than expected. Keep it up😘

My account was put on hold so I went to the branch to enquire.First the Service Manager sent me to Bank Manager saying he can’t do it,then the bank manager sent me back to Service Manager saying to tell him to remove my hold and that he can do it.Now what wrong did I do here that he shouted at me like anything saying “this is not my work why are you coming here” he treated me like an animal seriously. He even said “thut” and as the sequence goes on and on he directed me to go to the counter,which I already enquired and was of no help. So dear SBI please launch a program for your employees for anger management and inhuman activities.
And Dear Service Manager you messed with the wrong person just pray you don’t see me outside of the bank

Worst of All the SBI, the staffs acts like they're giving us free money by their pockets. And that we have to beg them to get our work done.

The bank is okay but
some of the staff makes you wait unnecessary
I don't think u should go here
If you are in a hurry then I won't recommend going there
After waiting in a queue they just say it not possible ,wait for 10 mins lol
Have visited more than 10 times
Always the same
Now you know what to expect

Service quality is not good the staffs treats the customers like trash

Please fire off all staff members
And post new staff members with no ego and less troublesome attitude

Can't expect us (the public) to remain patient every single time we visit.
