State Bank of India DIMAPUR (EVENING BRANCH)

I don't know about other customers but personally I recommend this branch. I've been a customer here since 2014 and so far my experiences has been nothing been but pleasant. The employees are cordial and most importantly,loan procedures are quick and efficient. The Branch Manager is also a very friendly and polite person. However,one inconvenience I've found is that their landline number don't work sometimes.

Pathetic.
Long queue and on top of that link is always down.
Standing for long hours because of their lack of efficiency.
I highly don't recommend this branch.

Everything is very fast and smooth here. Staff are very good.

Documents of KYC have been submitted yet ignored. Y? I personally went to the office and have done the necessary process in the office but still now no update. Very careless staff please have a heart for poor people like me because from far place can't afford for two three times to come for the same reason.

For me out of all the SBI bank present in Dimapur. Eve branch is the best. The Staffs are very customer friendly.
Only thing is that parking problem

Environment good and clean.. But processing is slow as snail. Takes around 10 min in a single costumer. Staff are not so rude as before. They are trying the best to be the best manner so far.. Talk to them with respect if you wanna gain respect from them too.. Truth of life.. Instead of complaining about their behaviour at the bank

I'm trying to contact the branch about the wrong transfer made on 16 of may to wrong account but the number is incorrect ... need help please
