Worst experience, the staff is not at all cooperative, trying to reach them from last 3 days no one is responding and not replying on the mails as well.

Best bank and employees too are great

Worst experience
I went to bank just get it done my salary account KYC which hardly supposed to take 10-15 minutes but one stupid employee on welcome desk name Rutuja. no sense of talking with customer.
Asked me fill the form, I filled up and handed over to her, she ask me fill some info which supposed to fill by bank employee.. then she demanded Adhar and PAN card copy after 15 minutes I came back to desk she went for lunch and one of her colleague said there is no need at all for Aadhar and PAN copy, soft copy is also enough.
I request to Branch Manager please take action against such half knowledge and arrogant employee.. who doesn't value for time...
